Amidst the significant challenges facing Yemeni youth, Sheba Youth platform launched a series of activities in Taiz city in 2023. These activities aim to empower youth and enhance their active role in peacebuilding and promoting sustainable development within the community. These activities, the first of their kind, included intensive training sessions for youth in the fields of strategic planning and digital advocacy. They developed an integrated strategic plan for their group, identified key issues affecting youth, and executed digital advocacy campaigns on these issues.

Groundbreaking Activities

These activities were designed to empower youth and equip them with the necessary skills for meaningful participation in community building and achieving positive change. The training sessions were tailored to enhance youth capacities in future planning and understanding the digital roles in raising awareness and making an impact.

Significant Steps

These steps carry a strong message about the importance of youth’s role in shaping the future, as they are considered the cornerstone of sustainable development and peace builders in their homeland. This project demonstrates Sheba Youth’s commitment to empowering the younger generations and encouraging them to actively participate in building a sustainable and prosperous future for Yemen.
