The establishment of the Youth Support Group was a smart and forward-thinking step towards activating the role of youth in community building. However, the beauty of the vision and ambition launched by the group found itself facing multiple challenges and diverse needs. In this context, the “Capacity Building for Youth Groups” project emerges as a strategic and necessary initiative to meet these urgent needs and provide the necessary support for youth amidst the difficult circumstances and ongoing challenges in the Yemeni reality.
The Youth Support Group expresses a strong will to improve and enhance the reality of youth. Yet, with the various challenges they face in the establishment and development phase, there is an urgent need to focus on internal organization and develop security strategies that contribute to achieving the group’s goals efficiently and effectively.
Project Opportunities
The Capacity Building for Youth Groups (NED) project serves as a unique window to stimulate the growth and development of Yemeni youth amidst current challenges. The project provides strategic opportunities to improve youth capacities and build a strategic vision that effectively guides them towards achieving their goals.
- Forming an Integrated Strategic Plan: The project provides a platform for designing and implementing an integrated strategic plan that reflects the vision of the youth group. This allows them to effectively direct their efforts towards key objectives, enhancing internal organization and making them more impactful.
