Khalil Jubarah

Logistics Intern

Khalil Jubarah began his journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as a Logistics Intern within the Operations Unit, where he supported the logistical aspects of various activities and programs. During his training, he gained practical experience in planning, organizing, and managing logistics operations. Recognizing his commitment, efficiency, and growing expertise, Khalil later joined the Foundation as a full-time staff member, taking responsibility for managing the Logistics Department. In this role, he continues to contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring effective logistical support for the successful implementation of the Foundation’s projects.

Noha Al-Buhairi

Operations Intern

Noha began her journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as an intern in the Operations Unit, where she contributed to the implementation and support of several projects, including the SANAD 2 Project, which focused on strengthening community stability in Taiz Governorate, and the project aimed at enhancing the capacities and efforts of women in local mediation in Taiz Governorate. Throughout her training, Noha developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, and time management. She also actively participated in various meetings, events, and field activities, gaining valuable practical experience and further strengthening her professional skills and capacities.

Mohammed Al-Hammadi

Operations Unit Intern

Mohammed began his journey at Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as a trainee in the Operations Unit, where he assisted the administrative tasks and contributed to supporting the Foundation’s administrative and organizational operations. During his training period, he gained practical experience in human resources management, document organization, administrative procedures, and coordination among different units. This experience contributed to developing his professional skills and strengthening his ability to work effectively as part of a team in a professional work environment. He later joined Sheba as an employee in the Operations Department, serving as an Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Assistant.

Kawther Al-Sebaee

Programs Intern

Kawthar began her journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as a trainee in the Programs and Projects Unit, where she contributed to the implementation of projects focused on peacebuilding and strengthening the participation of youth and women at both the local and national levels. During her training, she developed skills in project coordination and communication and coordination with partners. She also participated in meetings and events and represented the Foundation at international forums and conferences. She later joined the Sheba Youth Foundation for Development team as a Project Assistant.

Nader Al-Azzani

2023

Finance Intern

Nader Al-Azani began his journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as a trainee in the Finance Unit in 2023, where he contributed to the implementation of the Karama Project. During his training, he supported tasks related to financial archiving and review, which helped him develop a practical understanding of financial procedures and strengthen his accuracy in organizational work. This experience enabled him to build essential skills in handling financial data and supporting the administrative processes of projects. He later continued his professional career in collaboration with Sheba.

Hamdi Al-Hilaly

Media Intern

Hamdi began his journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as a trainee in the Media Unit, where he supported media activities and contributed to the coverage of several of the Foundation’s projects, most notably Oxfam’s Women and Peace Project and the Sanad Project, in addition to contributing to various other projects and events implemented by the Foundation. During his training, he participated in a number of field visits and training activities, which helped develop his fieldwork and media skills and strengthened his patience and ability to work under pressure. Following the completion of his training, he joined the Foundation’s team as a staff member before later leaving the organization.

Programs Intern

Hamas began her journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as a trainee in the Programs Unit, where she actively contributed to supporting key projects, most notably the “Political Empowerment” Project. Throughout her training, she actively participated in numerous meetings and activities, enabling her to develop essential skills in planning and coordination, as well as gain proficiency in key administrative and organizational tools. She later continued her engagement with the Foundation as a collaborator and currently serves as Acting Head of the Women’s Department at the Governorate Media Office.

Ameer ALzaeem

Media Intern

Amir began his journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as an intern within the program at the Media Unit, where he participated in the implementation of a number of media tasks and activities and supported the production of content and visual materials for the Foundation. The experience contributed to developing his skills in media, design, and documentation, and enhancing his ability to work and coordinate within an institutional environment.

Finance Intern

Mohammed Al-Salahi started his journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as an intern within the Professional Fellowship Program at the Finance Unit, where he participated in supporting financial operations and contributing to the organization and follow-up of the work related to the unit. The experience contributed to enhancing his understanding of financial management in the development work environment, and developing his skills in organization, communication, and teamwork.

Aya Al-Ariqi began her journey with Sheba Youth Foundation for Development as an intern within the Professional Fellowship Program at the Finance Unit, where she participated in a number of financial and administrative processes and tasks related to the day-to-day workflow. The experience helped her develop her professional skills, understand the nature of corporate finance, and gain practical experience in a supportive environment for learning and development.
