Tech Leaders strengthens economic and digital empowerment by providing hands-on training for youth in building and managing websites and digital systems. It translates training into real-world outputs by delivering 4 digital products for women-led local CSOs in Taiz, alongside staff capacity-building on data management and e-filing to support sustainability.
Participants transitioned from basic coding skills into production-ready developers forming youth tech spin-offs like Tech Leaders Initiative and Codephoria.
